These pages describe the removal and reinstallation of a small unit extension organ. The organ is now installed in our garage and I use the organ for my own entertainment and as well as a practice instrument; it complements my three manual Phoenix Electronic instrument which is housed in our study. *What is a unit extension* organ some notes and links about this type of pipe organ. The beginning discusses why I decided to undertake this project and how I came to become the owner of this little instrument. The removal describes the dismantling of the organ and its preparation for transporting to our garage. The reinstallation describes the reinstallation of the organ and the modification of the instrument to fit its new location. A retrospective** reviews the result and makes some observations on things I have learned from the project.
